As a manager of an Assisted Living Facility we are required by the state to have proper medication. After several attempts to get this required documentation we have had no response. This action makes it impossible for our facility to provide the care we strive to provide. Very, very dissatisfied.

My mother had an appointment today, but when we got there, they did not have her down on the book, even though she had an appointment card with today's date! The woman behind the desk told her they didn't have time to take a walk in, even though she was supposed to be scheduled! We drove all the way from Franklin, NC, and she refused to see my mother, even though it was THEIR mistake!!! My mother goes to this practice twice a year! She needed a refill on her meds. The woman eventually agreed to refill the prescription. Later on the office woman, Sherry, left a message on our machine saying that next time you need a refill, you need an appointment, and she implied that my mother was a drug addict!!! DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL, AWFUL PATIENT SERVICE!!!!
