"JJ 'LL DO IT" is a fantastic company! They changed my 50 year old house with years of deferred maintenance into a home that I am happy to live in.
This professional team of experts painted the inside, remodeled both bathrooms, refurbished my kitchen cabinets, replaced light fixtures, added a ceiling fan, built wooden stair railings, replaced tile, installed a beautiful new window, and so much more.
Jon, Maria and their entire team was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, courteous, friendly, and experts in every area of remodeling and handyman services. They are always on time, dependable, and their fees are very reasonable. There is limit to what they can do. I am overwhelmed and grateful for what they were able to achieve.
It is such a comfort to know that I have found a company that can be counted on for such outstanding work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing residential or commercial work done by true professionals.

I sent a message to JJ"LL Do It directly from their website http://www.jjlldoit.com/contact-us. I sent message on Wednesday, Jon texted me (per my request) within hours to discuss my fence. He provided an estimate the same day. He accommodated all my requests. He called very soon after measuring fence with an estimate. The best part was, I didn't have to waste my day, waiting around, for another estimate no show. He came and measured fence from the outside while I was at work. He answered all my questions and concerns. Jon worked with me through entire process.
By the next day, he offered to get my fence rebuilt on Saturday. He gave me a fair and reasonable price.
The morning of the install, somebody parked their trailer in the area next to my fence. Jon worked around the issue, and continued with install. The entire process was extremely quick. During the project he verified exactly what I wanted BEFORE installing it. He was very careful to verify what I wanted vs just doing it his way. In the past, other installers would wait until project was completed, then ask "Is that what you wanted?". He completed the fence exactly as I had asked. The fence is built well, with attention to detail.
Jon is very friendly, easy to talk to, shows up for estimate, listens, and completed the job quickly.
He showed up on the day and time as scheduled. I'm happy to finally have someone I can call and trust for future jobs. If your tired of waiting for no show estimate appointments, or poorly done jobs, call Jon at JJ L Do It. He will show up and get it done. I was able to pay with a credit card..

Recently I had the need to do a major remodel/upgrade to my Home. I’ve owned the property for many years and it was in need of delayed maintenance and just plain modernizing to bring up to current styling. This was going to be a major top/down, inside and outside refurbish/repair project, at least in my opinion. The work included complete painting inside and out, Bedrooms, new floors, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Garage, and yard. Once I decided what I wanted to accomplish, the next step was to select a contractor. I needed to feel confident the contractor could handle all aspects of the job and would be a collaborating partner in accomplishing my goals.
I researched contractors thru the BBB and online reviews and decided to meet with J.J.’LL Do It (Jon and Maria Jeffery) to review my property and discuss the things I’d like to do. Jon and Maria left me with a feeling of confidence in their ability to do the job and honesty to represent my best interest. In retrospect, after the job is now done, I’m glad I choose Jon and Maria. They and their Team did an outstanding job on all aspects of the work during the 2-month project. As the work progressed, they continually made sure I was comfortable with the progress and the quality.
Now that that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the outcome. Both my expectations regarding what was going to be done and the cost to accomplish it were more then met. They have a new client for life and are now my Contractor for all future work. In closing, I would recommend J.J.’LL Do It without hesitation to anyone with Home repair/renovation work looking for an Honest and reasonable Contractor they can trust.

We had our master bathroom remodeled by J.J.'ll Do It last month and we love how it turned out! Jon and Maria were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As first time homeowners, my husband and I had never done any remodeling before, but Jon and Maria were very patient, took the time to explain the process to us before and during the project, and helped us choose the best options to stay within our budget but still get the look we wanted. We will definitely use them for future projects we have planned for our home!

Jon, the owner, came out right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us figure out how to correct a roofing flaw left by the builders in the most cost effective way. He educated us about our roof, flashings, fascia boards, and drainage. He helped us evaluate our overall home repair needs to prepare for an upcoming appraisal. We are so happy we called him and we will do it again--when we have more projects to do! His prices were very reasonable and fair--so we're glad we let J.J. do it!

Recently had a bathroom remodeled by J.J. 'LL Do It. They were quick to respond and provide a detailed bid. I was really impressed with the quality of tile work and they stayed on schedule! John and Maria are great to work with! The crew is very hard working and do an amazing job. They completed one bathroom and will start on our kitchen this week. We'll have them do our second bath and some work on another home we just purchased. Love the finished product!

We had a water heater leak in the garage, that unfortunately had been a slow leak, which caused extensive damage to the cabinet and drywall, leading into the house. We called Jon and Maria to get a quote, and they were out the same day, with repairs starting early the next morning. Very friendly, prompt, and extremely reasonable prices. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism, and will definitely call them for future renovation projects. Thank you Jon and Maria!

JJ came to our home and discussed our options for a bathroom renovation to our very old home. They were the best to work with. The final product was exceptional. They were fast and friendly. I was amazed with the professionalism. No worries when JJ is in the house. Will use them for our next project. We give him our best recommendation!

I needed some concrete work done in 2 areas in my back yard and the fence I pulled down needed to be put back up. One of the areas had a large grade but they had no difficulty making it come out level. These guys were quick, efficient and they do excellent work at a great price. I will definitely use them again.

If you're looking for a local handyman/contractor here in the valley to handle a smaller home project on up, I recommend Jon & Co. @ JJ'll Do It. From the first phone call, getting a quote in mere minutes, the ease of payment and communication, having Daniel (who was great) at my house the VERY next morning down to the owner himself frequently speaking and visiting with me, the process literally could not have been easier. I was originally drawn to them by the name and have been pleasantly rewarded. Being a homeowner with no DIY skill whatsoever I had no interest in attempting home projects myself and with that said I've been simultaneously treated to high quality craftsmanship and customer service. The cost was incredibly reasonable and either way, regardless of how much I spent, my time and home were made to feel valued. It’s my opinion that once you find a good one you stick with them and I can assure you I'll be using them again!

Jon and his assistants were dependable diligent and meticulous. We had extensive dry rot on our house and patio area which Jon discovered and extensively repaired and sealed. We had him paint the exterior if our home afterwards and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Hire him and you will not regret for a second.

He had to go under my home and put supports on old wood floors for half of my home. Showed me pics all the way. He was so good I then had him do new lights installed in ceiling, fans put up, painting to perfection. Enjoyed having him & employees in my home. Always cleaned up before leaving. He is the best. I will be using him again.

On October 1 & 2, Jon and his crew did some remodeling work at my home. Their work was excellent, obviously done by professionals. They were friendly and informative and the price was very reasonable. I have already recommended them to a friend needing some work done at one of her rental homes. Jon did an amazing job on a variety of projects...plumbing, AC repair, cabinet repair, re-texturing and painting a wall...everything was so well-done. I will call Jon for every home repair project I have!! Highly recommend.
