Provided by YPmobilespent over $2600.00 on extended warranty,was told $100.00 deductible.Watch all hidden fees,car has trans and charging problems.Yeah $100.00 deductible after a $122.00 for diagnostics for charging issue and more for trans issue.service said if no code or they cant see issue their is no fix.your still paying.had ASE certified mechanic already look at it,I know what the problem is.And not every issue is going to shoot out a code.I am done with these people.Time for bureau of automotive repair to get involved,and then the bbb.Beware you better have everything spelled out in paperwork.And if they find their is an issue with their product they do not apply cost of diagnostic to your deductible.This company is a joke.

Provided by YP.comWe had the worse customer service at Future Kia today. Before this weird and bizarre experience......we had gone in a few days earlier to look at the car! We chose to buy the Kia Optima. The sales man tells us "My manager is really desperate to sell cars right now." After going over our numbers, payment, and down payment options the manager came out to talk to us. We all agreed that if we gave them a down payment of $1,500 and a monthly payment of $450 we would ACCEPT the offer. Then, we told them that we wanted to bring my father on Saturday (today) to look at the car and give a second opinion. The sales person by the name of Anthony Cantu and the financing manager agreed that since we are serious about purchasing the vehicle with $1,500 down they would hold on to our paper work and set an appointment for Saturday and finalize everything. Well, fast forward to Saturday (today)! I call the sales man to let him know we are coming and approximately the time. He says "yes! come on in! I'll be here!" We get there and we see the him standing outside waiting for customers. No customers are there except us. He doesn't acknowledge us and instead let's another sales person ask of we need help. I then proceed to walk towards him and he still has no clue who I am. I tell him who I am. His response was "And what car were you looking at?" He then tells us about a different car. Ok, so things start to get awkward. He's not really sure where the car we looked at was. He has no clue what color! He doesn't talk to us like the first visit. No information was really given on the vehicle when asked specific questions. Honest truth, it seemed like he wasn't interested in helping us! I believe it is necessary to compare the different model types before you buy! Well, then we go inside and work out the paper work. He comes out with blank forms. We are confused now! He starts asking us questions like we never talked before . First visit he got my trade in car information and VIN number and ran it. Today, he had no clue! Now, is numbers are completely off! We ask him "Where is our paper work we did with you and the manager the other day? You guys said that you would hold on to them and have us come back by appointment today?" He tells us that they "LOST our paper work". I tell him the numbers are completely off! It's like NIGHT and DAY! Not even close to what we discussed. Long story short! He said again they dont have our paper work and for a car like that we would need $8,000 down! Our payment will be in the high $600-$700 range! I told him I can't do $8,000 down. I have $1,500. Well, he was rude and said "Well, actually a lot of people come in here with that kind of money!" The crazy thing is he never ran my credit! How could you tell your customers something you don't even know anything about??? Awkward moment and weird day! Well, Future Kia of Clovis! I just want to say THANK YOU FOR DOING ME A HUGE FAVOR! I just want to let you know I went over to Clawson Honda.... they gave me excellent customer service! They treated me with respect! They didn't look down on me because I DIDN'T HAVE $8,000 CASH TO PUT DOWN and the BEST part of it was that.... they financed me a BRAND NEW 2014 Honda Civic fully loaded! I got a great price with a low APR and a 12 year/unlimited miles warranty including a 3 year/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty, and a GAP warranty for a lower monthly payment! Praise God! Future Kia, thanks for doing me a great favor and yes! You lost a great sale and a customer! Clawson Honda you are the best!

Provided by YP.comThey tried to sell me a car with frame damage while hiding it from me for nearly four hours.The sales man preached and preached honesty to me while attempting to stab me in the back. I have three kids and they were there with me, the sales men only cared about his commission. They can now thank Hedrick's Chevrolet for the new customer they handed over.

Provided by YP.comI have been looking for a dealer that I can trust and finslly found it! Bill and the crew at Future Ford of Clovis. Really took care of me and my family. Recently, I brought in my 2009 Explorer in for an oil change and a few other problems and they fixed everything, but only charged for the oil change.In the past I had always taken it to the local chain but realized they relly overcharge. My daughter took her Camry to a pep boys and they charged her $119. These guys are totally upfront and honest. They don't try to up sell you crap you don't need. Five stars, a must try.

Provided by YP.comI bought a Kia from the Kia dealership there. I received great service from our original sales person, Anthony! However, after SIGNING A LEAGAL DOCUMENT to acknowledge that I WASN'T going to have my front license plate installed. I found FIVE holes drilled into my front bumper and a license plate installed with a "Future Kia" tag displayed!! I clearly expressed my frustration over the issue, but having already purchased the SUV they didn't and don't care. Very disappointed!!! I have removed ALL Future Kia logos from my new vehicle, threw them in the trash, and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!!

Provided by YP.comI went in to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Denis was very helpful in getting me the vehicle I wanted and in a timely manner. My expeience with everyone at future ford was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. When I went in to pick up my new vehicle, they covered all the features thoroughly, and they even took care of setting up and syncing my phone with the Bluetooth hands-free system.

Provided by YP.comEverybody is real laid-back which makes the atmosphere much more comfortable. They've only given me one contract and I only dealt with them with just in one visit, usually with past dealerships there were always errors in their paperwork and would take me weeks before I could actually enjoy the car. They've patiently answered my newbie questions even when i ask more than once. I also asked them for a recommendation for good place to eat lunch and they insisted I hang out and join them for pizza which I thought was accommodating.

Provided by YP.com5 stars do not adequately describe Future Ford. My husband and I were so lucky we found them. We had Lithia Ford of Fresno who soured our experience and we stopped looking for a while. Then by chance we ran into their website. From Day 1 Future Ford was a dream to work with. No e-mail went unanswered and they were all answered promptly. They patiently answered all of our almost-daily questions and tried their best to find the answer if the internet person didn't have them. Very nice and easygoing experience, I can go on and on but it should be obvious by now that we were extremely happy and satisfied working with Future Ford.

Provided by YP.comWait, I got a new (used) car and I DON'T feel like I was robbed. What the hell is going on here??? These guys are really great and honest. My old car was chugging, had a sparkplug misfiring. This is just another issue in a long series of unfortunate events. I went to go check out their used lot. I test drove a couple of cars got the prices and went home, my boyfriend checked prices around and they were much higher. I felt comfortable to go back, made an appointment and the process could not be easier. Thank You Future Ford for taking it easy with me. Great guys, Definitely recommend.

With John, however, I have full confidence that he has MY best interest in mind. he will actually steer you away from something if he feels it won't meet your needs. Can't say enough great things about John. I had a very tight price range and John was truely amazing not only in finding a car but also in making the deal happen. I reccomend John as your associate with confidence.
