They start charging 25 cents if u ask for a small cup of water.

I was about to walk in and get some donuts, when I saw the employee outside smoking a cigarette, finished the cigarette, walked in and started helping customers. Didn't even wash his hands...YUCK! I wonder how they passed the health inspections?????Unless you like cigarettes and donuts...this place is for you!
