They discuss options for repair and also have a yearly check program for heating and air conditioning. Very courteous and helpful and repairs guaranteed. Ray and Eric were awesome!

Ray came to service my furnace when I ask him if by chance he had a compression nut that I lost when hooking up my dishwasher. Ray just help out and got the nut I lost inside the cabinet. He was just being very helpful and I was able to hook up the dishwasher again.
He did not have to do any of this. Thank you Ray for the little bit of extra service.

I just had our air ducts replaced for our entire house by Controlled Climates and my experience with this company was very positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do HVAC service, maintenance, installation and repair. I have already recommended them to other family and friends.



The owner of the company came out to provided a quote with a description of the work that they were going to perform. I had a few other quotes, but I felt most comfortable with Controlled Climates - they just offered to do more than some of the other local businesses and remained price competitive.



They showed up on time, explained exactly what was being done and did the work they promised. In the end, Ray tested every inch of our AC unit and when he left I felt good about the service preformed.
