Oh My God!!!!!! I just had the most awful and rude experience with Dr Gunelson's office and I hadn't even walked in the door. I was referred by my dental carrier to call him for an appointment as he was in the network and local. Meanwhile I am in excruciating pain from a filling that fell out, i think??? The women who and the phone was abrupt, rude, acted as though I was wasting her time, and was so unfriendly that my phone call ended with me in tears and no appointment. I wish I could rate them less than one star because they don't even deserve the one star i gave them.

I had a very bad experience. Dr. Gunnelson refused to explain much on what he was doing (I was getting cavities filled and when I asked what the procedure was he said quote "I'm gonna drill a hole and then fill it). He left the room during the procedure for more than ten minutes three times, including twice in the middle of drilling. He was not friendly and made no attempt to calm me down (I abhor needles) instead allowed his annoyance to show. Will not go back and would advise everyone to steer clear.
