This Babies r us delivers great customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always willing to help. I love this store and respect its associates very much.

TOYY r us is the best toy store ever!!! i go there all the time even though i only sometimes buy things, its cool to look around. the service is the best ever!!!! people ALWAYS greet me when i walk in the door.[ even thogh they could b tired of my face.] [kidding] lol lol lol lol lol lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wish i could buy everything there!!!! its heaven!!!!!!!![seriously it feels like heaven] the prices r low too my mom is single and she can still afford things!!!! it's awsome and cheap!!!!!! I LOVE TOYS R US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I went to David's Bridal all excited to shop for her wedding dress. We had made an appointment so we thought we would get some one on one time with the clerk. At the same time we came in there was also a walk-in. We were shocked at how crowded it was, there was no where to sit, as two other brides besides the walk-in were trying on dresses. The Clerk had asked us if we could look through the catalog and we did so she pulled a few of those dresses. There were no suggestions from her of what she might recommend. We did not feel there was any personal touch at all. Then when we went to Schaefers it was so unbelievable how different it was. There was a total personal touch with questions of where the wedding was, what you were thinking, etc., etc. It was amazing the difference of the two places. My daughter and two of her best friends all bought their dresses at Schaefers this last weekend. Of there two places there is really no comparison.
