I ordered all of my carpet and flooring through NFM and was very pleased with all of it. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and everything went without a hitch. The flooring was installed by Mike and Dustin and it was done very quickly. It looks really good. The builder had placed the toilet in the wrong place and the flooring people had to return to fix the contractors screw up. It was also done quickly and you could not tell that there was a problem at all.

I buy all my appliances here because I always get the best price and free delivery. They actually have a server mounted in the ceiling of the Clive store that searches the Internet for all the prices and guarantees you get the best price. On top of that, if the price goes down within 30 days, you can call and they will refund the difference in that price. You do have to call in though and request a price check. They deliver for free and their installation team does an excellent job. If you can be a bit flexible about what you want (color and features, for example) and there happens to be a returned item, you can often get a deep discount. Also, the day I went shopping, white colored appliances cost $100 more than black, so I saved there as well. Good sales people were more than happy to help me stay close to my budget and yet make sure I was able to get the features that really make a difference, like stainless steel insides for dishwashers instead of plastic.

Purchased a dining room table and dresser that I also financed through here because of the 30 month financing special. I got my bill which was double of what it should be. I called to see why my minimum amount due was so high and the lady explained that your minimum amount due is 4% of what you owe. I asked her then why do they do the 30 month financing if it's based on 4%of your bill and she said thank you for your business is there anything I can help you with? I told her yes you never answered my question. She said oh yes we can gladly lower your minimum amount due, but first I need to transfer you so she transfered me and the next lady I got told me no there is nothing I can do for you the only thing you can do is return your furniture if you don't have the money???? First she said she could work with me now she's changing her story. DON'T FINANCE WITH THEM THEY ARE A JOKE!!!

We bought all new kitchen appliances they delivered them the fridge was damaged. They said ten days for new one. Called and complained said I could pick up a new one the next day but could not deliver. I picked it up got it home this one won't cool. Called again said it would take ten days to get a repairman to my house.acused me of hauling it laid down. Now I might get a third fridge in two days. All they could say was sorry. Might be a long time for I shop there again. Menards has better service.
