45 min at the register because a manger was no where to be found & a item wouldn't scan. Two more hours waiting for someone to come to dock 19 to give us our lumber. Never again!

Terrible terrible terrible

You all can complain about little stuff like bagging items and stolen pens. But you have to remember. The people who work there are human beings. Not machines. Every body makes mistakes no one is perfect. If the cashier doesn't bag your items, its because they've been told not to. If they're not paying close attention to you, it's because they may be busy trying to do their job, which is difficult itself. And then add on the layer of trying to be friendly yet efficient with the customer. Try to look at more than one point of view. Another thing to consider is: you're in there for thirty minutes, maybe an hour, dealing with only a few people. A cashier has to deal with at least a hundred customers a day. Many whom are difficult.
