I love all the services and staff at Heartland Dermatology. Dr. Feldman has been my doctor for years, and I will never change. Overall excellent experience. Scheduling an appointment is a process because they are so booked. I've never had a problem getting a hold of them to make an appointment.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I tried to get an appointment, left messages, and no one would call me back. Finally went to my 1st appointment (not bad), then attempted to make a 2nd appointment and same thing: no one would call me back (you never talk to anyone, you leave voicemails). I was upset and they had me talk with Janet Hill who is the manager. She was rude, unprofessional, and would not give me my money back!! She also hung-up on me. That's real professional. It's so frustrating. Don't do it.
