I Went in with an arm injury and paid insurance co-pay thinking everything was taking care of as far as payment. This was first and only visit. The doctors seemed very knowledgeable which was good. I was advised I needed surgery on my next visit and that my insurance would have covered it in full So I scheduled the arm surgery. A couple weeks later I received a letter in the mail stating I needed to pay almost $600 before they could perform the surgery. I was lied too, so I called and cancelled the operation. I the received a bill in the mail stating I needed to pay $420 from the initial visit and if I didn't pay they were going to garnish my wages. I didn't even get my arm fixed and they didn't do anything to help me. Then they turned it over to a collection agency. Bottom line is this company is very misleading as far as payments go. I thought my insurance would have covered everything like they told me or I wouldn't have ever went to them. Now I am stuck with a $420 bill for nothing and receiving threatening letters.
