A+ They helped me with Snapper mower parts with out making me jump through hoops looking for the numbers hidden somewhere on the frame. They know their stuff, I have been there many times, they usually have what I need in stock, never disappointed. They have even special ordered parts for me, no problems ever. A+

Very Disappointed

I have an older Snapper mower, and had a part wear out on it. I saw that Snapper is one of the brands listed in their description, so I figured they would be my best bet for getting it fixed. When I brought it in the guy took one look at it and said, "I can't get parts for something that old." Since I've gotten parts for it in the last couple years I took it somewhere else where they said they would have no problem getting parts for it.

Don't buy snapper. Poor quality - won't last.

I was quite disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Bruce Engine. I dropped off a mower which would not start and asked them to "get it going" again. However, I was not called with an estimate plus other work was performed on my mower which I feel was unnecessary. (I could have changed the air filter and oil myself, but I believe Bruce Engine did it simply to run up my bill.) The cost for the service is more than double what I think my mower is worth if I were to try and sell it. Since Bruce Engine is also a dealer of power equipment I expected they would call and verify with me that the work should still be completed instead of simply doing work on a machine with little resale value.
