Realy good service Was outstanding and very very friendly waitress and Awsome food

The food is great but the staff (when ordering on the phone or cashiering pick up) have been bad experiences. On 2 occasions when I've called in a carry out order & arrived to pick up my order, the cashier (different girls) told me they couldn't find my order and asked if I was sure I actually called an order in. Then after searching, they found my order. Just now, I called to place a delivery order. I live on the same road about 3/4 of a mile away. The girl taking the order, Randi, asked me what was the closest cross street. I haven't lived here long so I don't know the name of the nearest neighborhood side road. When I told her this, I got a smart mouthed attitude remark of "Really?!". At that point, I decided I am done making an effort to do business with this company. It's a shame because the food is great. I just don't need the snotty attitude every time I try to place or pick up an order. Sorry.

The first time I ate at Twin's, it was for a casual business meeting. I forgot about it for a few years. Now that we have rediscovered it, we regularly drive into Clio from Bridgeport (about a 40 minute drive, roundtrip) just for pizza and salad. Twin's has excellent pizza. One of these days, we may even try some of their pasta dishes because they look very tempting, too. But it would be really hard to pass up their pizza. I recommend that you try the breadsticks, too.

The food has been good every time but once. But the service gives the food a bad taste.



The 1st couple of visits had no problems. Last 3 visits have had problems. One visit, they placed order wrong and didn't have half of the food ready when we showed up. 2nd visit, had to wait 10 minutes later than when they said it would be ready. Last visit (1/12/08)-went to pick up order, waitress saw me 3 times and never asked if I needed help. To get service after waiting 5 minutes, I had to use my cellphone while standing at the cash register. When they answered they said hold on, the lady never apologized for my wait. When I got home the pizza was cold, I had to reheat it.



The owners should think about getting a bell at the register, for customers to use when they need assistance.
