This spa offers the best pedicure I've ever had!! Thank so much Angie, you have always done a great job!!

The pedicure I received is the best, I love the comfort as well as the knowledge that the service provided me about feet etc!

I wanted to get a relaxing pedi. They had an opening and I took it. The workers are really nice but as a day spa it is anything but relaxing. Upon arriving you are put into a closet like room, the sad thing is everyone is put into this room, even patrons in robes awaiting their next treatments. I was not notified that they were running late and just sat there wondering. Finally I am headed for my pedicure. After getting seated I am notified that there is no hot water, after figuring out the water heater was out the tech told me maybe I could come back later for the soak! The offered a complimentary foot message, it was not free! After having the callous remover solution put on my feet they microwaved water to get it warm to rinse it off. Didn t rinse to well! Then the foot rub. No lotions or anything was applied to my feet. When I arrived back to the pedicure room I was informed the tech left as she had family movie tickets so the other lady was going to polish me. Upon checking out I was asked if I was going to leave both people a tip, one for the toes and one for the message! Needless to say after $61.00, cracking feet and nails I left feeling like I got the worse end of the deal! Yes it was my fault for leaving the tips but like I said the people are really nice and really tried, they just have a long way to go! This is what was offered on the web site and what I thought I was paying for: Red Orchid s Signature Pedicure | $57 Pamper your feet they deserve it, soak your feet in luxury with our products rich in moisture, gentle exfoliation and warm paraffin bath make way for a hot stone reflexology point massage to release tension, increase relaxation, and circulation as dry spots disappear. Cuticle care and shaping are a must. Top it off with a beautiful color. 60 minutes No paraffin bath, no stone message, no cuticle care. I now am going to the podiatrist as my feet are so cracked from the chemical used for callouses not being rinsed properly. Most expensive pedicure I have ever received!

My face is still just so much clearer and feels so much cleaner then it did per-facial.

We will be back again and we are bring our mom's. Mandi was amazing so was Kylie.

I had the facial, manicure and pedicure here at Red Orchid Spa and it was very relaxing and refreshing. I left feeling like a new person!

OMG best spa ever! Prices are great owner is even better! Therapists Are great top notch. Small and family oriented and very personal. One on one time is great. Cant afford a cruise to get away but i surly do get away when i enter the relaxing, friendly atmosphere of Red Orchid. This spa is great and i will never go anywhere else!

I went to Red Orchid after my Car Accident due to my injury I had a massage there from Jamie. I had dislocated my shoulder and she was able to put it back in place and am still going every other week to continue my treatment. I love Jamie and wont go any where else besides Red Orchid. They are close to my house and I love it! They also donate to the community. Thank Red Orchid Spa.
