Prompt response to calls/emails; Tom came out and gave an estimate, then installed the covers over my porches within a very short time. They installed my carport a few years ago, and when I called with questions afterward, they were always helpful. Professional, friendly, cleaned up every scrap, work is beautiful, price reasonable; I'm very happy with the result, and I actively share my recommendation. (Senior discount is appreciated, too!)

I am a retired senior on disability. My former plumber (who went to my church) moved away a few years back, when I had a broken water pipe in the middle of winter. not knowing who to trust now a days, and on a fixed income; I called my previous plumber and he referred me to Tom. Well Tom turned out to be a great guy. and quite frankly over the years a life saver, having come to my rescue more than once. Honest and trustworthy, professional, and can fix just about anything. His crew is just like him.He has installed a hot water tank for me , 2 toilets, and after many plumbing repairs over the years, it was cheaper for me in the long run just to have all new plumbing installed. When my neighbor found out how much he charged me, he (my neighbor) was floored! He paid a competitor a whole lot more a couple years earlier. Like I said, He's a good guy who doesn't take advantage. Now that all the plumbing is complete, I'll need to put him to work on spring projects. My mobile home will be like new again.

An absolute perfect experience all the way around. Tom, the owner, is my neighbor just down the street and he could not have been more helpful. I had roof damage occur in the March 2017 wind storm and initially had a different contractor out and was quoted the work. Fortunately no money exchanged because the initial contractor backed out and then we never heard from them anymore. We were scrambling with insurance cutting us money to find someone else, and that is when I called Tom. Best decision I made. Tom quickly eased my frustration, provided me with a higher quality product for a cheaper price! He kept me informed of what was going to happen, how and when. The communication was the best I have had from a contractor by far. He and his crew were prompt, very professional, trustworthy. They cleaned up well and Tom made the invoices that I will take back to my insurance very straightforward. I honestly have never had such an awesome experience. Great guy, great work, great neighbor. Will be recommending his business to family and friends
