I took my vehicle there for exhaust and muffler issues. George and Nick were very cordial and made me fesl my issues were important. They even suppled me with a loaner vehicle while my car was getting repaired. Overall their professional, cordial and care about the customer. They get 5 stars from me all day.

Great place I highly recommend. the guys explained everything that was wrong, repaired my car, showed me the damaged peices, honest, fair prices and completed the job on time, very happy with my experience at consumer car care!

My name is Karl B. I found this shop online and took my ford explorer there for a catalytic converter and sensors. They did a GREAT job at a GREAT PRICE, they also fixed my rear axle. I was so pleased, I took my truck back for rear brakes, and again they did GREAT work for a GREAT PRICE. If you want your car fixed right and at a great price Consumer Car Care is the right place to go. They also gave me and my wife a ride home to get our other car. They are GREAT.

Had tie rods done on vechicle 3 to 4 months ago. Today took into S&k @21&gratiot july2016 (done business with them 35 years), for brakes. Found out Car Care did not install tie rods correctly and are being replaced today. Bummer!

This is a great place to take your car. When my car broke down, I called Consumer Car Care, they offered me free towing. After having my car brought in, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The staff was friendly and explained to me what was wrong with my car in a way that I could understand. They just got a customer for life.

This is the worst shady car repair place I have ever encountered. I bought my car in because of issues with heat and pressure flux they stated 520 three weeks later problem was there again (same problem). Took it back and they stated that it was another leak in radiator, the radiator they were supposed to fix. Stated that I had to pay an additional 391. So I called dealership stated that for a new radiator and labor it would be total cost 410. ???!! How is a new radiator cheaper than a leak fix?? They stated they wouldn't fix it, that it was my car, not their!!! Please beware of this repair shop. They aren't legit!!! Shady practices!

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!!!! THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE MECHANICS DO AWESOME WORK. I DEFINITLEY WILL NOT BE TAKING MY CAR ANYWIHERE ELSE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to them for the past year, but now they have completely lost my business forever. I needed a serpentine belt replaced and they told me that the reason was due to the compressor, so I would have to replace that which would cost me $610. I don't have that, so then it was suggested that I could have a by-pass pulley done, which is going to be around 310. It's bad enough that I had to use a neighbors AAA just to get my car there because I couldn't afford to pay for towing and fixing the car, but now i'm in a situation where they are going to charge for everyday my car is there 10/day. So the following day I have my neighbor and my son go there, since I'm at work and then they tell him that they have to pay for diagnotics, and tried to mention towing at first until i corrected them that we got our towing separate. So all in all I came out of $105.00 for no work to be done on my car and I still have to go somewhere else to get my car fixed. Never again!

This place was great. Just moved to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. I found one. They took real good care of me and my car has never ran better.

My car was stalled at the side of the road while looking for a tow truck i noticed that Consumer offered free towing. After having my car towed there I was told that my car need a new alternator. The price that I was given was very affordable. I have never been happier with the service i was given.

Thy are bunch of thieves They charged me $400 for just changing a relay, but they told me we changed transmission sensor. It turns out they didn't touch the sensor.

I took my car to 3 places it cost me about 700$.my car still did the same thing.finally i went to consumer car.they were very knowledgeable,they also took the time to explain what was wrong.also loaned me a car for free.my car has never ran this good

the transmission went in my car recently .they had my car for about days.towed my car in for free . and loaned me an infinity suv for free. i have heard nothing but good things about there place
