They originally said they'd be able to get out Friday to repair a broken, outdoor line that I was able to turn off. When I explained that the line fed water to my tenent neighbor's place, and he'd be without water until then, they reshuffled some things, and sent a team out to take care of it, within an hour. The team that did the work were great to work with, and took care of it quickly. This is the second time I've used them for outdoor, frost-free hydrant repairs - something my old joints just won't allow me to do anymore. Each time, they've been responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.
