Since 1958, All-Pak has been an innovator in the sale and distribution of rigid packaging across the globe. It was established through the combination of Cunningham Glass Company and Allied Can and Container Company. All-Pak has grown to become one of the largest and most respected packaging suppliers in North America. In 1990, All-Pak's president and sole shareholder, B.K. Simon, completed negotiations for the sale of the company's assets to a group of senior managers. All-Pak represents more than 400 glass, metal and plastic manufacturers. It has nearly 170 employees with headquarters in Bridgeville, Pa. All-Pak also has a warehouse in Pittsburgh and sales offices in Buffalo, N.Y., Columbus, Ohio, and Philadelphia.
