The guy was nice enough but he didn't do much to fix the problem. He didn't try many different things to fix our door. We were charged $99 and he didn't fix a thing. I called Door Doctor and he was much nicer and came sooner. He came and checked several things and didn't charge us and said that if he didn't hear from us saying it was still messed up he'd send a bill. I'd suggest door doctor.
