Tons of no calls and no shows (tons of nonsense excuses provided) after making appointments with us to do the work requested. Holding tank placed in our house which leaked excessively several times damaging property around it and when attempting to speak to Bill Owens about this issue he did not care He just wanted his money for the poor work he performed for us and refused to cut us a deal due to the above mentioned issues which I believe is warranted. Also be warned if you pay for stuff and he doesn't use it all, make sure it doesn't leave with him at the end of the day- you paid for it, it should be left for you.
