We have used the Helpdesk many times over the past several years covering such items as virus removal, slow performance, mother board crash, purchase of new computer (which also included moving the files off the old computer to the new one), and adding backup capability. In each case the service has been great, turnaround time excellent (normally 24 to 48 hours), and very reasonable priced. Jim also takes the time to explain the workings of the computer when you might not have a great computer background.

These guys are great, they were knowledgeable and I got my laptop back the next day. I thought I had lost everything, The Help Desk saved me. Thank you very much.
