I have been using Russell's since early 2000. They have always been awesome! Show up on time and treat you right.

The good folks at Russell installed a great new energy efficient Carrier unit about 2 years ago. During the cold spell of Jan 2018, we woke to no heat. In checking it seemed the fan would not come on. We called them about 6:30 that morning, hoping someone would be there. It was 12 degrees outside and pretty chilly inside. Getting no answer, we decided to try again at 7:00. About 6:45, we got a call back from Russell, even though we had not left any message. They had apparently seen our missed call and immediately called us back. We shared our problem and obvious need with no heat in such cold. By 8:00am, two of their techs were at our door. To make a longer story short, by 10:00am they had diagnosed our need for a new fan motor, located one in an area warehouse and had installed! System now running like new. The warranty covered the new motor. This could not have turned out any better. We rate Russell the highest and their promptness and helpfulness, off the charts! Thank you.

We have had only consistently great experiences and service from Russell Refrigeration. No matter what time we call or what the weather is, they are prompt every time and highly recommended.
