Our furnace was not working during the coldest days Steve came out and checked everything out. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. His staff is very nice and polite too. He said he would not sell us something we don't need.

Horrible customer service from the girl Tamarra Thomas (however u spell her dumb name) who sits behind the desk all day. Steve Thomas is a joke of a so called plumber. He couldn't fix his way out of paper bag. I have to replace my kitchen floor around the sink and underneath the sink cause he thinks he can fix stuff.
