If you have a choice for another provider take it in the end paying a couple extra dollars for reliable service is worth not having the head ache of waking up to do a paper for school only to have written the whole thing click submit and have it tell you you're internet is out and all that work is in the toilet or have a paper be late because it's out for 2 weeks straight and they still expect full payment for that month one of the most poorly run communications companies out there ps this is written from my phone because our service is out again....
