Turn-around time was terrible and not anywhere close to as written. E-mail apology received from the company but it didn't get any better. T-shirts did NOT match the proof received as a large majority of them had big ol' black marks. Some were a lot worse than others. There was no consistency in the quality. A couple of the XL shirts were Hanes 50/50 vs. what I requested. We ordered 36 shirts and received 34. I absolutely couldn't believe I even got stiffed on 2 shirts. I counted and recounted. We were told exactly when missing and replacement shirts would be sent out and they have yet to come even after numerous attempts to find out status. It has now been 3 months and no resolution and no return contact. I gave them ample notice to resolve or I would contact the BBB and still no response so hopefully this will do me some good. I was willing to put up w/ the black spots on most all the shirts and just take 4 redone and my missing 2 shirts. Forgetting about that I got shirts that were 50/50 not what I asked for and even with as generous as I was, I received no resolution.

THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO BBB EITHER SO CASE IS CLOSED AND I GOT RIPPED OFF.
