First time customer... LAST time customer. Doctor Peck was a great guy, thorough exam, very knowledgeable etc. But the girl who fit me for $788 pair of glasses is totally incompetent. I wear a size 48 frame with 140mm bows. She fit me in a size 53 with 150mm bows. Glasses wouldn't even stay on my face. Girl who put them on my face the day I picked them up told me they looked "fine". First pair of improperly sized glasses took 7 days to come in, second pair is going on three weeks and not a peep from Midwest. But, of course, they have my $440 out of pocket cost and I still have no new glasses. If you want good service after the exam process, I strongly suggest a different clinic. This one is the worst I've ever been to in 36 years of wearing glasses. I will NEVER EVER be a client here again. WHAT A JOKE OF AN OUTIT. ONLY MEDICAL OUTFIT I KNOW OF THAT IS ONLY OPEN 42.5 HOURS A WEEK!!! THOUGHT IT WAS AN EYE CLINIC NOT A BANK!!!!

I took my teenage daughter here for her first pair of contacts. Dr. Peck was very nice and knowledgeable for the exam. I was aware that it could take several visits before my daughter could put the contacts in, especially with her high script in one eye. The first attempt went well, the lady was very nice and patient with her. On the second attempt, the lady seemed impatient, the few pointers she did give her seemed very short and I felt like we were wasting her time. I was helping my daughter more than she was, we left with her frustrated and crying. For the third attempt my daughter hoped we would get the original lady, but we got the 2nd one again which instantly worried her. This time I was asked to wait in the waiting room to see if I was making my daughter nervous. I complied. A few minutes later Dr. Peck came out rudely accusing me of making my daughter come there and try contacts and that next time I need to wait for her to ask me for them.I walked out almost crying and feeling like the worst parent ever.

Have been going here as long as i can remember and dont have a single bad thing to say. Always friendly and fast. Even though i only go once per year they know me and talk to me like i go there every day! Dr. Peck wors so well with my kids too!!!! Will always go there as long as i live close enough to do so! People dont always take the time for a good review so while i dont discredit the ones who had a bad experience i believe there are more with a good experience!

I went to them on 5/29 and ordered 2 pair of glasses. I wanted something close to the silver frames that I have and instead was given everything else to try on. The first pair came in and was the wrong prescription but was told by the receptionist to take them and try them so I did. The second pair came in and I told them again that they were not right. I saw the doctor who did a quick exam and said that it was wrong and ordered new glasses. The 2nd set of glasses came in and they were still wrong. This was on 7/13. I had gotten a bill in the mail for about 3 times more than I really owed them. Needless to say I got my money back and am going somewhere else. I also called the insurance company and filed a complaint and told them that they should get their money back. They are doing a reverse claim. Worst experience ever getting glasses. 4 other people that I work with went there and also had a bad time.

Really impressed with Dr. Brian Peck's knowledge and experience. Very modern office, and the people were nice. My previous optometrist over-corrected and the glasses I bought at previous place are difficult for me to wear. Dr. Peck's prescription is perfect. Thank you!

I've never had a bad experience there, the staff is generally very busy. The place always has customers. I've always been treated courteously. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Perhaps some people mistake "busy" for being impersonal. Perhaps a second, or back-up receptionist could alleviate the impression of being short with people, and give the staff more time to be personable with the customers.

Always There When You Need Them!

I have been seeing Dr. Peck for many years. Always dependable. Got me in last minute due to a contact problem and very helpful when chosing options for glasses and contacts. Love the staff, also. Friendly, helpful, and all around amazing people.
