I have been a regular customer since '96. I have had iffy service, I mistakenly thought giving them a hem job would be safe.I requested that my Jeans have 4" removed from the hem. However 8" was removed, double the original amount. They must have been altered twice, was my suspicion.I returned the next day with the hemmed jeans, a 2nd pair of the exact same jeans that I used as a template, as well as a 3rd pair of jeans on my body. One of the 3 ladies came to the counter & I told her my story. She turned to another lady, that lady proceeded to yell at me & said "You say 4", we took 4." "That is not correct," I said. I showed her the difference. I am showing 2 pairs of the same jeans that are 4" longer & why would I wear a pair of jeans that are so obviously too short for me? She instructed another lady to look in the trash bins for the removed scraps. Not finding the scraps, the 3 gproceeded to yell at me. "NO GUARANTEES!" I wasnt offered any type of compensation.
