Kerry & Susan are outstanding in their customer service. No pressure sales, amazing selection at great prices. I shopped down the street at the other mattress store which was dingy and def. more expensive, though the sales person kept saying they would save me money but I had to buy today. That just told me even with the discount I'd pay to much. When I went to mattress warehouse the price was significantly lower and she sales team without asking included a cooling mattress protector and also kept me in my budget without trying to get me to spend more than i was comfortable with. They taught me sooo much about sleep disrupters and how to combat everything. No pressure sales but they made sure I knew about every option I could go with and simply yes or no and helped me decide if I needed certain items. I literally made this YP account just so I could shout them out from the metaphorical rooftop lol. Clean, pleasant and knowledgable. It's never easy spending a big chunk of your money without feeling "did I make the right choice" but I feel so confident and I know I have a 100 night sleep trial and 1yr price guarantee just in case!
