I like the people who work here. They are terrific. What I can't stand is the pricing for parts.

I needed a turbo for my diesel. They wanted $1500 for a rebuilt one and $1700 for a new one. I went online and bought the SAME EXACT NEW part, the original part (made for VW) for $800 with shipping and gaskets. The online company has to make a profit too, so the cost of the turbo has to be $600 or less. THEY TRIPLE THE WHOLESALE PRICE OF THE PART?? REALLY GUYS??

THE CAR ONLY COST $20,000 new!! I'd have been better off buying TWO new cars to have a second car to use for parts. These parts prices are INSANE.

I can buy an aluminum undercarriage protection for less than VW wants for a plastic replacement. THEY ARE NUTS WITH THEIR PARTS PRICING.

DO NOT BUY YOUR PARTS FROM VW. After VW gets the message regarding their outrageous pricing, perhaps they will become more reasonable.... They make great cars, but it's a VW, not a Lexis. I purchased it for affordability.
