If you enjoy dealing with unprofessional, rude, and open ended promises your on the right track, have been waiting for them to get a couple of recliners for me for 2 weeks now, still no recliners in sight, I currently have a sofa through them and want to trade the couch for 2 recliners, when I got my couch they were supposed to bring 2 different ones out to the house and when they showed up past the scheduled time they only had 1 on the truck and had to come back after 8pm to bring the other one, plus I had to unload the couch because they only has 1 person to deliver it.
