we purchased our gmc truck at martin chevrolet in 2006 and have used martin Chevrolet for all our service needed on the truck since then. we always get very good service.

I was lied to by the service department. They told me that an item was not under warranty. It was clearly under warranty. When I pointed it out in the warranty manual, they backed down. They claimed to have fixed my car. It does not operate any differently.
I do not believe that they actually conducted the repairs that they stated they had done. I have no faith in their work.
If you would lie you would cheat!
This was the second time that I brought the car back to Martin (From whom I had purchased the vehicle) to ask them to look at this particular problem. They have not fixed it either time.
I believe they are waiting for my warranty to expire (I'm at 96,000 miles) and then they will charge me for the repair. This is dishonorable and dishonest. They are a disgrace to General Motors!
