Horrid. Never have prescriptions filled when they're promised. Was promised prescriptions on Thursday and am now being told it will be Saturday! Seriously! They don't care that people are sick or run out of their meds, it doesn't bother them! What's 2 days of running a fever or going through withdrawals from a maintenance medication?

HORRIBLE. they kept telling my insurance had my wrong birthday. My insurance did not and even called and confirmed. But because they continued to say they had the wrong one it ended up being past the 7 days and they refused to refund my money. The manager, Prima, as soon as she got on the phone she was EXTREMELY rude, interrupted me, even when I asked her to please let me speak and she said no and would speak over me. I told her I was going to call and corporate she said fine go right ahead. I told her how rude and ugly and I did not appreciate it. She told me that I was unprofessional and then hung up on me as I was asking for her name. I had to call back and ask another associate for her name. I have seriously never been treated so poorly by a manager. The second she got on the phone she had an attitude and was rude. I called corporate and complained and they said that my money should have been refunded whether it was past the 7 days or not because it was their mistake, even though mrs. Prima tried to tell me this was somehow my fault. AND. I called to have a prescription refilled on FRIDAY, called to check on it today and they had completely forgotten about it and hadn't refilled it yet. Thank goodness it wasn't a life or death prescription. But when I used the CVS in sugar land, I had 3 prescriptions, paid $4, had no issues no problems nothing. Prescriptions were ready within 30 minutes. Crazy how just going 1.5 hr down the road your insurance is fine but not in cleveland. Seriously the WORST pharmacy ever.
