If a zero star rating were possible, that's what I would give because that is what she deserves. I needed a very simple legal document drawn up. I brought in my papers on August 22. By October 2, absolutely nothing had been done, despite my two very respectful inquiries via email. I guess my simple document was not worth her time. She should have simply told me I was not worth her time rather than completely ignore a potential client who was willing to pay up-front. Absolutely zero professionalism. Good luck if you need legal assistance and go to her for help.

Great attorney. She handled a divorce for a family member and it was easy and affordable. She's tough and will get the best deal for her clients. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I don't know how Jennifer Bergman's office has been able to maintain their clientele base. After paying this firm a substantial amount of money, I firmly believe this firm never had my best interest in mind. They will not return your phone calls, regardless of promises to do so. They will not keep you up to date with your case. They will not let you know in a timely manner when court appearances are. The only court date I had, ( which I had to beg and fight for), Jennifer was over 30 minutes late! After being late, she was unfamiliar with my case, and gave the other side everything they asked for without even trying to defend me. I could have defended myself better without a tardy lawyer.
If you want to lose your case, then I recommend Jennifer Bergman's office. However, if you want a fighting chance, I recommend ANYONE else.

Ms. Bergman is an excellent attorney. She is enthusiastic and well-prepared in her representation of her clients.
