I love this place.....if I want Mexican food this is where I go......very friendly waiters and fast service......never had any problems.......

Guacamole tasted funny me and my wife compared mine to hers and it definitely tasted bad. I told the waiter the situation and he said he would make a new plate. Moments later the female manager/owner came back with my plate with the bad guacamole and asked what was wrong after I told her she responded with "well, it came from the same bowl." I do not appreciate

being second guessed and treated like a liar. I was not trying to get free food or even a discount. They brought a new plate out but I was so mad I did not touch it, just paid for it and left. (Did tip waiter, not his fault) This place use to be a great place to eat, but it seems to be going down hill.

7 Leguas offers the largest selection and best tasting Mexican food I have had in a long time and I'm comparing it to the best known names in the business. Three things that really set them apart are their selection (it can take fifteen minutes just to go through the menu), the food quality (I've never had anything less than excellent food in over twenty outings) and the timely and quality service of the wait staff (they're all good but Sergio really sets the standard). Our friends and family from Austin, Tyler and Dallas all insist on going to 7 Leguas when they visit here. It's that good in our opinion. They have locations in Montgomery and Magnolia also although I've only eaten at the one in Cleveland.

They have the best crawfish, they are the only restaurant we can find, where their crawfish are seasoned, well. Love their tacos.
