My experience with Weaver has been most unsatisfactory with services and with his billing. I have had to make formal complaints to BBB and to the Tennessee State Board of Accounting due to my perceived wrong that has been done to me and my husband.

As a business owner and a professional myself, I am accustomed to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism for myself/my business, and expect the same from others. I feel violated by this CPA, Weaver after a very unsatisfactory experience with his services and perceived excessive billing of which vastly exceeded his worse-case estimate for his representation for a small IRS bill of slightly over 5,900.00. The CPA bill exceeded the IRS bill greatly. There were many issues that drew major concern so I filed a complaint with the BBB and with the TN State Board of Accounting; while attempting to settle out of court, not risking additional expense and losses than what already had occurred. Although I had paid Weaver his estimated amount in good faith, he is attempting to receive 18,000 plus my silence on this matter and has added court cost expense above his settlement amount I would have been better off had I represented myself with IRS and believe his service did not benefit me
