Oh how I wish I had checked Yelp before I took my nice HP computer in to this place!!!! We have used Trinity Computers for years, but had no idea that there was a new owner. I took my fully-intact computer with a minor problem. He said he had to order a new part. Well, 3 months later, we kept getting the run around...he told us he didn't like the vendor and was switching vendors. Sadly, we believed all of this. We went by to get the computer (no matter if it was fixed or not) and the store was closed for repairs. No answer to phone calls (not even a recording). Then, we went by the next week and the new owner told us that a customer's computer had been plugged in charging and it had caught on fire. The insurance company had given him $160,000.00 to repair the wall that fell in. 4 visits later in 7 days (45 minutes of helping the owner search for my computer parts in one visit) and every time he promised to look for all the parts...here is the end of this pathetic account: My computer was returned to me with NO screen, missing parts, no charging cord and was just a pile of rubble!!!! We couldn't wait to get our computer and just get out as quick as possible. We immediately took our computer to a highly recommended computer repair shop and the looks on their faces when we presented what was left of our computer--priceless!! "Cannibalized" was the word used to describe what was left...they tried several different ways to save the hard drive, but it was damaged beyond repair!! They also said that there were other key parts missing. Why??? Did he need them for some other computers? PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MUCH HEARTACHE AND AVOID TRINITY COMPUTERS!!!!!!! I did check Google reviews and it appears that there were unsatisfied customers with big problems BEFORE this fire. Why not use some of that insurance money to replace some of the computers that were destroyed?????

I don't know about a hidden gem, but they are handy if you are in need of a part and need it quickly. Unless it's in the morning at opening time. Never there on time. It's 9:36 now. Been waiting since 9. Not the first time this has happened and I have been using them for about 15 years.

Steer Away from this Group

Do not use. I took a laptop to them and told them there was no power. They called me and said it would not boot up. Duh. They charged me $43 for doing nothing! Curtis Cline 1/3/2008
