I was in there when the ONLY one in the "restaurant" served an uncooked and still bleeding hamburger - and then when the man complained because she served it to his pregnant wife, the litle girl who served it started crying! AND THEN, the maintenance man or janitor (whatever he was) entered into the conversation, HE (the maintenance man or Janitor) MADE them or kind of bullied the man into paying 15.00 for an uncooked, almost raw hamburger that couldn't even be eaten! When I saw THAT - I made a mental note TO NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! Matter of fact, I canceled my order and left! It was a nice Saturday afternoon, I thought they would be crowded, but not so much on that day. But as if the serving a raw hamburger wasn't enough, the janitor is going to step in and try to save the day? hahaha... It was a joke. I wouldn't have paid a penny for that burger, AND I WOULD'VE CALLED THE COPS! If that pregnant woman HAD eaten the burger, she probably would've died from Salmonella poisoning - and frankly THAT is NOTHING I'm going to pay for! I know people need to make a living, but THAT spoke volumes about how that place is run. I still don't understand WHY the girl couldn't just go back and make them a FULLY COOKED hamburger. But NO, she just stood there crying, which BTW how professional is THAT? And I don't care if she was just a H.S. student - she shouldn't have been left alone serving fully uncooked burgers! HELLO? H.S. kids can't be left with THAT MUCH responsibility, especially when she can't handle it!

I like to eat at the Spot when im downtown. The food and service are always good. I was there once when a country music video was being made. That was very interesting. I highly recommend the SPOT to anyone looking for something diffrent and not a fast food place.
