Wow American Express Travel Representative. I checked out agency's best price guarantee and they matched the lowest price I found...in some cases less expensive. Agent didn't try to just sell me. She presented resort and cruise options, sharing hidden costs, how to obtain documents needed for travel outside the U.S., group travel pricing details, and how to minimize our travel risks. Friendly, and very thorough. Everyone had a great time and I looked like a genius (which I am of course). Highly recommend.
