This place is , by far, the best restaurant in Cleveland! My friends and I frequent this place often. Everything is FRESH! Seafood this good would be 5 times the price in a big city! Gluten Free menu available too.

As owner of Catch, based on your review, it is likely that you called the wrong number. We don't have a fax, and we gladly take reservations. However, we filled up for Valentines three days prior. I'm not sure with whom you spoke, but I apologize that you had such an unprofessional experience. The hundreds of other patrons that we served that night certainly enjoyed themselves with no wait. not believe this is the forum to air a legitimate complaint without having first given management the opportunity to remedy the situation. Or at

I went there on a Friday first and everything was great, the food, the staff and overall experience. So I thought I will take my wife there on Valentine's Day. I called the listed number and got advised by a polite gentleman that they don't take reservations but I can call ahead before I arrive and they will put my name down. I called just before we left the house and got switched to fax after about 30 seconds. I tried again, now a lady picked it up and I started to explain that I'm on my way and would like my name to be put down, she hung up. I tried third time and got switched to fax immediately. We went there anyway and there was a large group of people waiting. I asked the hostess and she said waiting time is about 35 minutes. The nest 40 minutes nobody has called in from the people waiting but other groups were arriving and got seated immediately. The parties waiting got upset and we asked why are others got seated right away and turned out that one of the members actually took reservations and they serve those first. We left at this point and don’t think I will go back.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your experience on Valentines day and the miscommunication with one of the staff members. I assure you that staff member no longer works here, and no one would ever hang up on you intentionally. I hope you understand we were only a week old and had a lot of growing to do.
