I have used them for years and my returns are are always filed in a timely manner. I started with Kevin and Teresa at H & R Block and was thrilled when they opened their own business. Highly recommend!#Very Professional

I have struggled with writing this review, but I must. I used this company to file my 2019 taxes. I chose AIT strictly because they had such positive reviews. I would NEVER recommend this company, specifically Kevin. I provided him all of my documents in a timely manner and he did not file my return with the IRS. I realized that the IRS had not processed them in their system in the fall of 2019, but due to the pandemic, it was well known that the IRS was behind in processing, so I assumed it was just that. When I filed my 2020 taxes, I started digging deeper and realized that Kevin had not submitted my 2019 at all. I called him in March 2021 when I found this. Kevin told me "it's because you didn't send me your signed return". I advised him that I did in plenty of time. He again denied that. I forwarded him my sent email proving where I sent him what he needed. He advised me that this wasn't a big deal and I "might be penalized a couple of hundred dollars by the IRS". I asked him if he would be paying for that and he replied he would see what they could do and could possibly pay part of the penalty. At this time, Kevin stopped returning my phone calls. Well, now that I have a big red IRS flag on me, I started receiving letters from the IRS stating I owed much, much more than the "couple hundred dollars" of penalties that he had said. Of course plus interest. After he supposedly filed my return in 2019, I set up recurring payments with the IRS online for them to start taking my payments out monthly, which never began because Kevin failed to file the return. So fast forward one year later, when I intended and attempted to pay monthly payments, nothing. Not a dent was paid towards my tax debt.

Additionally, the Covid stimulus checks that were sent to everybody - my 2nd and 3rd were greatly delayed because of the non-filing.

I will give credit to the office manager, whom finally addressed it with me and did cover the penalties. Do not recommend.

This company is exactly what you want in a tax preparation company. They truly care about their customers and will do anything in their power to help. The prices are the best in town, and they have the knowledge and experience to back it up. Give them a try and you will be glad you did.
