worst consumer experience I have ever encountered. My family, including an 8-year old and 10-year child were forced to leave this location due to constant illegal drug usage and drug-dealing activity. Every hallway, as well as the elevator are being consistently used as a place to smoke illegal narcotics, mainly marijuana. The smell and residual marijuana smoke permeated the entire facility, and my children and myself were forced to constantly inhale marijuana smoke. There was more than one instance where we encountered physical altercations between guests, including loud profanity as well as physical altercations. I complained of all of these events to many of the staff employees, and were basically told we had to just "deal with it." After numerous calls to additional staff, I finally reached the "Manager" Candice, who I had left numerous messages for, but never got the courtesy of a return phone call from. Candice informed me that although I had spent over $2000.00 with her facility, and had over 2 weeks left on my current reservation, which I had to leave due to the illegal drugs and exposure of these drugs to my children, she would not authorize a refund for the remaining 2 weeks that I had paid for in advance of being forced to leave. I cannot believe that this place actually exists and that Candice still has a job. PLEASE do not take your family there. You will be forced to be exposed to drugs and violence, and then if you choose to leave for your family's safety, they will keep your money.
