I am currently trying to renovate a townhouse in Strongsville before I move from Iowa. Dave is very eager to take your $ but totally lacking professionalism and customer service.

Part of the carpet is installed - it was incorrectly measured at time of estimate. No response to emails or phone calls. I have been forced to spend more than my initial $4,000 to retain an attorney.

Great carpet installed in less than a week. Installers were good. Glad I found them.
