Aftre taking a tour with a staff member as a potential resident, I came away very disillusioned especially given the rental rates they are charging. The place is old with run down suite interiors, built back in the 60's. The web site says multi million dollar rennovation and I saw nothing that suggested renovation. Original, dinky cabinets, faded carpeting, laudry rooms that were not updated as advertaised, dimly lit hallways and the elvators were filthy. Come to find out they are under new management and accepting Section 8 applicants. Beware of all K & D properties.
