Customer Service is the worst!!!! I have never been so degraded and totally humilited. It takes many days to get a call back and when you call them they act ignorant with a response of "what." The orders are not placed correctly or even followed up with. I have been waiting for months for a shipment. The rep stated that she could never tell me exactly when the equipment would arrive since it is made in Pakistan and it could be 12 weeks. Three months later I call the company and they did not admit but they had not even ordered it yet. By the way I did receive it 4 days later but it was wrong. Their supplier left VM stating that they would be sending the correct item with product to send back the incorrect item. NEVER HAPPENED Instead the UPS guy came to my door 3 times to pick up the product without the the correct item and product to send the incorrect product back. The representative for the company has been nothing less than biligerant, degrading, and totally uniformed.



My training for the pump that I purchased was just do not set the machine on a table if it falls it will break and do not touch the dials???!!! When I called to get a copy of the original bill to get them paid their response was we already gave you a copy we will not. Just give the company a copy of the EOM. Which I had already explained that the company was not going to pay them on. Tried it. When I told the rep that they are requesting a bill and I had not received a correct bill they responded as if I was going to get the money and take off with it!!! In fact they actually stated this!!! You would think that when someone is willing to spend thousands of dollars with your company that you would at least get some respect.
