I went in because my dog had skin allergies, and the office was nice and clean, I liked that the first exam is free for new patients.. But I told them what was going on and how usually my old vet gives antihistamines and they don't work.. They gave me the same thing instead of trying to figure out another route. And then suggested he had fleas which he absolutely doesn't.. So it was kind of offensive to me.. Then they wanted me to spend 55$ on flea medicine.. I just feel like nothing was solved. So 84$ later and my dog is the same as he always is.. Pulling out fur due to his seasonal allergies. I don't understand why no steroid shots were given like they usually do for bichons. Vet was a nice man.. The ladies in there were ok.. But I feel it was a waste of time and money.

The receptionists are front line first class, check in is quick and easy, and Dr Jackson and Dr Kinscher saw my furbabes for many years. I switched to a closer facility with an ER and have switched back. I don't trust anyone else, ever again. Compassion is key. Shown to the beloved pets and their upset humans.

The previous reviews are old. The hospital must be under new management with new doctors, because our service there has be exceptional! Our oldest cat has kidney disease. We try to see the same doctor each visit since she knows out cat's history. But on the occasion we've had to see someone else, they've been awesome! They've taken the time to read our pet's history before administering care. They've been nothing but loving and gentle with our two cats. The facility is clean and they seem to have the most updated equipment. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone!

SCAMMERS

They turned away my dying kitten because it was too late in the day to take care of her, then proceded to charge me $50.00 FOR NOTHING. They were rude and uncaring. They are all about money and not doing whats best for your pet. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS.
