I loved my job but this place is a absolute joke I have been doing water meters for 5 years when I was hired onto this company in cleveland, nobody else knew how to do a commercial water meter, I was harassed almost every day by a project manager Verlie Smith the guy only cares about himself and has a major EGO and fired nearly all the white employees and replaced them with colored individuals the COO of the company Brad Roberts only cares about Brad Roberts this is a terrible company and would not suggest any city give a contract to this company the employees only do about 1-2 commercial water meters a day when my crew was doing about 4-6 a day they treat their employees terrible they were actually breaking federal law by not giving certain employees per diem that have traveled from across the country and made one employee share a room with his dad when all other employees got their own room Verlie Smith is the absolute worst human being in the world and he is a racist
