I had my diploma shipped in a large envelope, clearly stating DO NOT FOLD however it seems the carrier is unable to read because when I received the package, it was folded and shoved in-between my screen door. I'm not sure where the communication process was interrupted however this specific individual needs further training or better yet, teach this individual how to read! SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. They have lost a customer and with the way things are going, I"m pretty sure they cannot afford to loose customer from the stupidity and simply laziness of its employees! For future readers, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ship USPS if you don't want to regret it later!

I was lucky to find a bag with my outside going packages on driveway, which was dropped by our postman. Expected insurance cost over $1000. Extremely unreliable service.
