The plumber called me when he was on his way and even arrived early. He was very knowledgeable on the issue he was looking at. With some trial and error with parts he was able to fix the leak on my sink. He provided recommendations for future parts and showed me the work he was performing. There were some parts that he needed to get from Home Depot which extended the service call, but at the end of the day he fixed the issue and that is what counts. The plumber was friendly and professional during the visit. I appreciate the owner, Phil, providing great customer service during the whole process.
