The deals are good, and place is convenient. But that dosent mean anything when the employees act like they don't want your money when you walk through the door and I traded a fue things in they put my name in the computer but when I went a week later I was asked to give a slip saying how much I had but isn't that what the computers for.

Complete FAIL. Purchased a "working" overpriced NES and wasted 2 hours of my valuable Sunday. Get home to find it is NOT working (even though they "tested" it) returned to the store and said if they simply provide the 5 dollar part it needs to repair, I would still take it... They refused and said that I would still need to pay the 75 for the broken NES and 15 for the part. LOSERS. No customer skills whatsoever. It is only a matter of time till these trash stores are gone forever, and incompetence like this is a big part of it (other than the internet). Also I felt very rushed on my purchases throughout the store with the un-knowledgeable girl. Never again.
