DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE CASKET STORE!!!! WE HAVE PAID THEM MONTHS AGO AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A HEADSTONE... KAREN AND GREG HAYES ARE LIARS AND THEIFS... JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!

We purchased a casket for my mother from the casket store. The owner, Karen, went above and beyond to help us through this sad time in our lives. The prices are more than fair and it made me feel great that we weren't being priced gouged by the funeral home who's prices are more than double the prices at The Casket Store. I hope I will not need Karen's services for a long time to come, but when I do, she will be the first one I call to help me with all my arrangements. I recommend the casket store to all.

Although the lady was nice, we have heard nothing but lies from her.. It's been going on 9 months and we still haven't received the Headstone.. We were told it would take 8 Weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Their BBB account has been REVOKED. Check out the BBB site. They took my mother's money in 9/2011. It is now 3/2013. We still do not have the headstone. She died in January 2012. NICE.
